I have problems with dial neopixels

    in Support

Hi, I come here because I have all the components mounted except the hall sensor and the barrel neopixels, my problem is that I have the switch, the potentiometer and the left side of the neopixels dial and I don't understand why they don't light up if I checked that everything It was well connected and even so I checked if the 3.3v circulated through the led dial and yes, there is current but it does not turn on ...

    Pls help mee! 🙏

Do you have the battery connected? If you soldered the LEDs to BAT like I have in the tutorial, they will only run if the battery is plugged in and charged.

@Andrew If the board is on but the LEDs are connected to 3.3v not to "BAT", I put all the components as they appear in the guide (the illustrations).

I mean I referenced those photos XD

I will still try the other side to see if they are broken or something like that .... By the way, you are very good, I want you to take a video on how to do some "perk" with LEDs and everything. .. KEEP IT UP !! 😁👌👌

It looks like you've done a great job so far! Assuming you've uploaded the code successfully (judging by the solid green LED it looks like you have), make sure the direction of the LEDs is correct. You need to solder to the input and the directional arrow should be pointing away from the connections.

It looks like you've done that with the Dial pixels at least, so it's probably something else.

I thought it was because of the programming but I only did '' copy and paste ''
