Is there any difference if I use Neopixel Ws2818b?
or does it have to be Neopixel Ws2812b

I would recommend these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FVR781Z/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_3?smid=AA0YO4F2UD50F&psc=1 for $33, rather than paying $600 for those. I used these type of LED's in my build, but, I'm having trouble with the lights flickering and the noises glitching. So, I don't know if its either the LED's that aren't working, or if its my very bad soldering that I did, or it could be that I soldered the wires to the wrong location. So, buy them at your own risk.
If the link doesn't work, here is the full name, just copy and paste it on the amazon search tab, and it should be the LED's in white that say "Alitove".
